VOLCOM is a surf and skateboarding brand based in Los Angeles. For several years they have been successfully selling their products in Mexico. The following project was carried out as a marketing strategy proposal to consolidate the brand in the country.
The brand was to recognise and showcase Mexican talent in various disciplines. For this reason, the proposal revolved around collaboration with Mexican talent who have the same DNA as the brand. In addition, an in-depth study of the Mexican consumer and the strategies needed to connect with them was carried out.
As you can see in this preview of the presentation, every aspect of brand-building was covered to a large extent, from situation analysis, through research and then offering a creative resolution for the brand’s execution.
